How To Stop Blue & Yellow Bag Delivery

The blue and yellow bags with advertisements are not considered litter because they are protected by freedom of speech. So when you receive the yellow and blue bags of marketing information in your driveway, you have these following options:

1. Pick it up and read it and then recycle the paper curbside and the plastic bag with other grocery bags at one of the local grocery stores.

2. Pick up the bags and immediately recycle the paper and plastic bags.

3.Contact the following persons to be placed on the DO NOT DELIVER list and keep record of your contact.  A certified letter will let you know that your letter was received. Listed below are the addresses, phone numbers and e-mails for contacts for both the Blue Bags from the Toledo Blade and the Yellow Bags from the Toledo Free Press.
