The City of Perrysburg has adopted an updated Land Use Plan. This plan is intended to guide the City of Perrysburg and other community organizations in the development of public projects that will enhance the pedestrian realm, direct private projects that will help achieve layered community objectives, and help all stakeholders in the community foster productive relationships to transform Perrysburg.

This Land Use Plan is intended to serve as a roadmap for future development and land use decisions. It sets the direction for where and how the City should grow over the next ten to twenty years. Within this broader goal, there are a number of community-wide objectives the Plan achieves. This includes economic, land use, infrastructure, housing, and other broad community objectives.
