Due Date for 2023 City of Perrysburg Income Tax Return
A reminder from the City of Perrysburg Income Tax Division: City of Perrysburg income tax returns for the 2023 tax year and estimated tax payments for the 1st quarter of 2024 are due on or before April 15, 2024.
Taxpayers may file their city tax return electronically via the e-file link here.
Or, city income tax forms are available for download (in a PDF format) in the "Income Tax Folder" which can be found here. Paper tax forms are also available for pickup in the atrium area of the Municipal Building.
Completed tax forms and/or tax payments may be dropped in the secure drop slot located along the brick wall in the atrium area of the Municipal Building. (The drop slot is available 24-hours per day via the entrance along Walnut Street).
Tax Division office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.* The office is located in the lower level of the Municipal Building at 201 West Indiana Avenue.
Tax clerks are available to answer any questions regarding the city income tax by phone (419-872-8035) or by email (itax@ci.perrysburg.oh.us) during normal office hours.
*Please note all City offices will be closed on Monday, April 8 for the solar eclipse.
