The City of Perrysburg’s 2024 Resurfacing Project is scheduled to begin next month. The project consists of milling and resurfacing, curb replacement, curb ramp replacement and other associated work. 

The project will take place in the following locations: 

• The Sanctuary Subdivision: Seminary Road, Chapelgate Court, Mission Hill Drive, Wood Creek Court, Wood Creek Road, Deerwood Court, Turtle Creek Drive, High Meadow Lane, and Stonefence Drive 
• Rivercrest/Kettle Run Subdivisions: Watermill Lane, Timber Ridge Court, Winding River Court, Indian Wells Lane, and Kettle Run Boulevard 
• 3rd Street, between Elm and Hickory 
• Grogan Street 
• Five Point Road, from SR 25 to just west of the Summerfield Subdivision 

Traffic will be maintained during the project. The contractor, Gerken Company, plans to start on or around May 6 and be completed by November 15.
